From Coach Queena: My husband joined the FASTer Way to Fat Loss when he tried everything to get past his weight loss plateau. I asked him to trust me and trust the plan. Everything the program speaks about is backed by science. He said yes to the FASTer Way and now he has lost 15 inches around his entire body. He started off at 250 lbs and is now 226! This means he can compete in his first Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu competition!

I’m an incredibly vain man—in the sense that I like to see my own progress. I relish in it that the me of yesterday is no longer around.⠀

I hated getting sweaty walking in a store, I hated not sleeping well, I hated it all. I’m not where I want to be, but I’m getting there. I’m going to work on giving myself a little more grace on how harshly I see myself. I’m going to start working on loving myself again.⠀

I’m going to work. Because I’m not satisfied. The past is gone, that’s both good and bad. I have no means to bring it back. I can only continue walking forward.

These are my 6 week results from doing The FASTer Way to Fat Loss program. This has been the best health and fitness investment I have done in the last 20 years! Increased lean muscle, more energy, better sleep, and focus.

This was done with intermittent fasting, carb cycling (high and low carb days) and nutrient tracking. I wasn’t looking to lose weight but instead refocus on nutrition and gaining lean muscle mass. I maintained the same weight for the 6 weeks even though I increased my macronutrients (carbs, proteins, and fats). I did all of my workouts in the morning in a fasted state while drinking plenty of water throughout the day. 

In this program you eat A LOT of whole-food nutrition, without shakes or supplements.

I thought I would share my FASTer Way journey to this point. In the past I have experienced 12-week bodybuilding diets before getting married and having kids, but those diets were not sustainable. This program, although I was skeptical at first and also working through an injury for 12 weeks, has me convinced. This is easily a maintainable lifestyle! I am amazed at my results. Even the local gym owner asked if I was cutting for an upcoming bodybuilding show, which gave me the opportunity to tell him about FASTer Way. The only con I would say is budgeting for a new wardrobe. I have yet to buy new pants or shorts even though I went down 4 notches in my belt! (I guess new belts too!) 😂

The picture on the left was someone that ate and drank whatever they wanted. I didn’t care what I consumed. Finally, something clicked. I didn’t want to be that dad that bought clothing that was too large so that I could hide myself from the world. That’s just not me.⁣⁣

After I watched my wife @babblingabby complete the FASTer Way to Fat Loss program, I knew I had to do something. So began my conquest to lose weight and tone up. I ate what I needed to in order to maintain and even BUILD muscle. My guess is that I still have another year, maybe more, before I look like Captain America, but that’s my goal. You get out what you put in, I’ve learned that, and that’s what I want.⁣⁣

Anyway, I started the 6 week Men’s FASTer Way to Fat Loss program and am looking forward to continued results. There is a community of men that are lead by a coach that is ready and willing to answer all questions that might be asked. I’ll post pictures every few weeks so that people can see the progress that is made. #keepgoing

It has been a pleasure working through your program! Not every day was easy, but every day was worth it! I have seen some amazing results! Your program is far from a crash diet, but a lifestyle change that anyone can manage. From the carb cycling, to the macro education, to the intermittent fasting and down to the daily workouts, every part of FWTFL was well-organized and easily adaptable into any lifestyle!

Just over 2 years ago I lost both of my parents to cancer! 😔⁣

That’s when life changed...I said, that’s it! It’s time for me to start taking better care of MYSELF! 👊⁣
