PREP WEEK DETAILS
Our goal through the FASTer Way to Fat Loss® Program is progress, not perfection. Let’s not allow perfection to be the enemy of good. Commit to a healthy lifestyle and focus on making steps toward better health for both you and your family.
Prep week begins on the advertised program start date. This means our program will actually end seven full weeks after the “start-date.” Prep week is important for several reasons:
First, you will learn cutting edge strategies we utilize through the FASTer Way to Fat Loss®.
Second, you will have the opportunity to try the workouts, food cycle, and gluten free/dairy free lifestyle. This will allow your body the chance to ease in.
PLEASE NOTE YOUR MAIN PRIORITIES THROUGH PREP WEEK:
Day 1: Monday - Familiarize yourself with the FASTer Way to Fat Loss portal and learn the basics of intermittent fasting. If you haven’t already done so, please remember to complete the New Client Assessment Form (also located at the bottom of this page).
Day 2: Tuesday - Learn about whole food nutrition, download the MyFitnessPal app, watch the instructional video and begin to learn how to calculate your macros with MyFitnessPal.
Day 3: Wednesday - Learn about carb cycling and the benefits of low carb and regular macro days. You will also be asked to join your smaller Facebook accountability group on day three. Accountability groups are led by FASTer Way client specialists who will answer your questions and provide support throughout the program.
Day 4: Thursday - Familiarize yourself with the food and exercise cycle. Optional: Try intermittent fasting (16/8 protocol - break your fast around noon) and test the sample workouts.
Day 5 & Weekend: Friday-Sunday - Stick to the list of approved foods through the weekend and prepare for week one success. Ask any remaining questions in your Facebook accountability group.
